Come reset your mind, body, and soul as we join together in the Restorative Yoga Session in front of this beautiful stained glass window at . We have partnered with Nourished at Middleburgh to bring you a yoga experience unlike anything you've witnessed before. This 45-minute session will include a guided meditation, breath work, and an optional Reiki gift. This isn't a strenuous physical exercise most Westerners associate with yoga, but an intentional, mindful practice designed to stretch your body, heart, and soul. The best part is that a portion of every ticket sold goes towards the building fund for Nourished at Middleburgh (UMC), helping to care for and preserve this sanctuary and its beautiful steeple that has been a beacon of hope for the Village of Middleburgh since 1870.
