These sound baths are experienced lying down on the floor. We will provide a yoga mat for your designated area. Please bring a pillow, bolster, and blankets as you feel suited. If you prefer to experience this in a seated position, please notify us, and we will provide a chair. Please wear comfortable clothing as we want to foster a space of relaxation.
